Application Submission

I’m Rick Siedschlag. I focus on trust, clarity, and keeping the mortgage process straightforward. Buying or refinancing a home should not feel confusing. My role is to make sure you understand your options and feel confident in every decision. I’ve spent more than 30 years in finance. After seeing how big banks often create complexity and add unnecessary cost, I chose brokerage so I could offer better rates, honest guidance, and a personal experience. Whether you are purchasing, refinancing, or using your home’s equity, I will walk you through the process step by step and stay with you from the first conversation to the closing table. Outside of work, I am a family man first. I have six children, twelve grandchildren, and one great grandson. Time with them is what matters most. I made the Mid South my home to be closer to them. I also enjoy traveling with my wife and cheering for the Minnesota Twins.
